What's included
Before you call
What we turn down
Saying no early saves you a visit. For each of these we'll tell you who to call.
A single grab bar or rail
A handyman will fit one bar sooner and for less than our minimum job. Two or more, or a whole bath, is our work.
Roofs, additions and new homes
We work inside the house and at its doors. Roofing and new construction belong to other firms.
Storm cleanup and insurance claims
We don't board up, tarp or act for you with an adjuster. We can describe the work for yours.
About the work
Do you work on houses of any age?
Yes. Older Florida homes and newer ones both come with surprises behind the walls. We say in the scope what we can't see, and how we'd price it if we find it.
Do I need to do everything at once?
No. The scope is written in the order we'd do things, with a price for each piece. Many people start with the bath and the entry, and add the rest later.
Not sure where to start?
Book a walk-through and we'll write down what we'd do first.
