What the written warranty says

Every contract states the warranty's terms in plain words. Read them before you sign.

  • What it covers

Our workmanship: how a rail is fixed, how a shower is built, how a door is hung. The contract states how long and from what date.

  • What it doesn't

Products carry their makers' warranties. Normal wear, misuse and damage from storms or flooding are excluded.

  • How to use it

Call or text the project manager. We look at the problem and tell you in writing what we'll do.
