About

Eleven people, one way of starting

Saunders Remodeling is a team of eleven: carpenters, a project manager, an estimator and an owner who still picks up a drill. Most of our clients plan to stay where they are.

Every job begins by watching how a person moves through the house, because the right rail or the right door height depends on the person. We write down what we see before we say what we'd build.

Who you'll meet

Four of us come to the first visit and the last one.

  • Nettie Saunders

    Owner and lead remodeler

Nettie runs the walk-throughs and writes the scope. She still picks up a drill on the smaller jobs.

  • Eloisa Correa

    Project manager

Eloisa is the one person you and your family call. She schedules around therapy, dialysis and the months you're up north.

  • Ulysses Aranda

    Lead carpenter

Ulysses sets the rails and the blocking behind them, and tests each one with his full weight.

  • Kazuhiro Murakami

    Estimator and permits

Kazuhiro prices each piece, files the permits and sends your board what it asks for.

How we work in your home

  • Floors covered, dust sealed

Protection from the door to the work, and plastic walls around it.

  • One person to call

Your project manager, with a direct number, and a text line you can send photos to.

  • A clean house at the end of each day

Tools put away, floors swept, and a note on what happens tomorrow.
